Um...the way I usually do the clouds is I make a fairly large, soft brush of the eraser and just lightly erase the approximate shape of the cloud, then make the brush smaller to tuft out the edges a bit and make the highlights (sometimes I use a lighter color instead of the eraser to make colored clouds and such). The stars are pretty much the same: I make the brush tiny and just erase little pinpricks. You should check out :iconkohu: for some better methods for making clouds, she'll give you a better idea ^^,
